The scope of this contract includes software, portal, and web development services; IT service desk support; network administration services; telecommunications support; electronic key management support; systems integration services; IT project management services; computer network defense support; enterprise systems architecture support; certification and accreditation (C&A) services; cybersecurity compliance services; portfolio program support; knowledge and information management support; audio/visual support; asset management support; configuration management support; and technical support for designated exercises. Our thirty-eight (38) personnel on this contract include Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCSA, MCSE); Cisco Certified Technicians (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE), VMWare Certified Professionals (VCP-6); PMI Certified Project Managers (PMP); Linux Certified Technicians (Linux+); Infocomm Certified Technology Specialists (CTS), and EC-Council Certified Ethical Hackers (CEH). All thirty-eight (38) personnel are DOD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or III certified (Security+ CE, CASP CE, CISSP, etc.) and possess either a Secret or Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

Network Enterprise Center - Fort Hood(NEC-FH) Information Technology Support Services(ITSS)

The scope of this contract included Inside Plant and Outside Plant Operations; Customer Service Desk (Tier I); Customer Service Support (Tiers II and III); information assurance support; patch management; multi-platform telecommunications and VOIP support; business services support; infrastructure documentation services; server applications support; web, portal, SharePoint, and database applications residing on SQL & Oracle platforms services support; network management support; systems administration, design, and management support; operation, maintenance, and information system engineering support (to include development of new technology and equipment bill of materials); information systems security; and technical support of designated unit exercises. Our twenty-seven (27) personnel on this contract included Microsoft Specialists and Engineers (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco CCNAs, and Telecom Engineers (Nortel Switch, legacy TDM equipment and multi-platform VOIP / VOSIP), and were DOD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/III certified (Security+, CISSP, etc.). This contract supported approximately 32,300 end users, running Microsoft Windows and Apple Operating Systems (laptops, desktops and peripheral devices); telecommunications equipment (including mobile devices); Cisco, Avaya and Nortel networking and telephony equipment (switches, routers, VPN, wireless, and VOIP devices); Active Directory; VMWare, SQL, Linux, and Oracle Server platforms; base alert systems; and Information Assurance and Information Technology initiatives.

Keesler Medical Center (KMC) Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) Support Services

GB-Sys performed as a subcontractor to NCI Information Systems, Inc. to provide IM/IT Support to Keesler Air Force Base. GB-Sys’ specific responsibilities included providing the following services to the Keesler Medical Center (KMC): Information Assurance, Systems Administration, Contingency of Operations Program (COOP)/Disaster Recovery (DR) support, Knowledge Management support, Hardware support, Network Administration, Network Engineering support, Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA)/Composite Health Care System (CHCS) Administration, AHLTA/CHCS Training, Video Teleconference Support, and Help Desk Support. Keesler is the 2nd largest Military Treatment Facility (MTF) in the Air Force inventory. It is a 78-bed facility with a campus spread over 20 buildings and comprises more than one million square feet. Our eighteen (18) personnel on this contract supported over 2,000 end users with technical support at all tiers for nearly 8,000 end user devices, and responded to over 600 trouble tickets per month.

GB-Sys assisted in managing the entire hospital network enterprise to include all hospital complexes and linked sites; coordinated the preparation, reviewed and consolidated client information systems; and provided input for budgets, acquisitions and business plans. Our certified Network/Hardware technicians monitored and responded to hardware, software, and network problems; provided customer assistance support in setting up computers and/or installing software packages; provided local area network (LAN) server support; provided user training; and analyzed, created, designed and developed IT requirements.

Our Technical Trainers provided training specific to clinical applications used within the Medical Center. This included CHCS, AHLTA, Essentris, patient appointments, and other similar systems.
