ICDB Project Management and Technical Services

Project Objectives

1. Provide IT project management and integration services.
2. Design a cohesive graphical user interface ICDB.
3. Provide quality assurance and integration testing.
4. Database analysis, optimization and design services for ICDB’s Oracle database.
5. User training and course development services.

Project Achievements

1. Provided comprehensive evaluation of ICDB development and quality assurance processes.
2. Implemented SDLC practices.
3. Integrating ICDB development processes into Air Force Clinical Information Branch Configuration Control Board (CCB)
4. Redesigned / updated the end user interface.
5. Provided recommendations to optimize and re-design ICDB’s Oracle database.
6. Architected Oracle database’s migration into AFMS consolidated database.
7. Rewrote the end-user training and continue to provide ICDB on-site MTF services.

USAMITC

3 PC Application

Project Objectives

1. Transfer document images, legal codes, closure codes and other information from a hard drive or storage device to the Third Party Collections (3pc) project database.
A. Information correlated into the correct format and location within the 3pc database during transfer
B. Convert all images from TIFF format to PDF format
C. Allow data to be transferred one MTF at a time
D. Provide a history for all the legal codes with legal dollar amounts and valid codes with valid dollar amounts, whenever they are added/modified into 3pc database
E. Application to be written in Java or C Sharp

Project Achievements

1. All Genesis work on this project was completed on time and under budget
2. Whereas Genesis succeeded in our development effort on the 3 PC project, the project was ultimately canceled due to funding.
